Review:

Brooks creates an app that allows him to become the perfect stand-in boyfriend for any occasion to save up for college.

The main problem I had with this movie was that the people in the show were pretty crappy.

I honestly felt that it could have afforded to be more fleshed out and I had no idea it was a book to movie adaptation!

Review:

Aladdin finds a magic lamp that grants three wishes, and that garners the attention of the Grand vizier.

I only vaguely remember watching the cartoon version once during my childhood. But I loved that it retained the vibe with the bold colours and it also really SHOWED us how Agrabah is like.

Honestly when I saw the first trailer, I wasn’t impressed with it. But then I got hooked onto the song speechless and knew I had to watch this movie.

I found it fast paced and I KNEW I would cry at the 2nd speechless reprise (And spoiler alert, I did). I loved that they gave us the Jasmine we deserved and needed.

Review:

A group of superheroes are reunited after their adoptive father who trained them, dies.

This series has a very noir look & somber music. Feels like a Guardians of the galaxy + x-man noir style. The cinematography is BEAUTIFUL.

I like that we get all their different perspectives of all the different siblings. The dynamics between the siblings are very interesting. My favourites would definitely have to be Vanya and Klaus!

I heard a ton of great things and honestly I grew to like it too and would love to watch another season of this show. I went in not expecting anything and honestly I didn’t expect to enjoy this TV series as much as I did!

Review:

Hope is a mixed vampire werewolf witch hybrid and when she meets Rafael and Landon, secrets get unveiled at the Salvatore school.

Heard it is a spinoff of the Vampire Diaries and The Originials, both which I have not watched, I watched a little of the vampire diaries I think, but never continued watching.

Can I say that Hope reminds me of Scarlet witch and I like that? Also, I totally ship her with Landon lol. I like that Hope is very untrusting, she’s acting more like a villain than heroine.

The chilling adventures of Sabrina fans would enjoy this.

Penelope’s motivations totally made me cry, I’m not saying they’re great, but her intentions were good though. Can I say that I didn’t expect to like this show much, but I did?

The show ended with a cliffhanger and I need the second season, stat!!!

I think it’s rare for me to actually give like full stars for a TV show, but this one really resonated with me and had me hooked since the first episode. I really enjoyed it and honestly wanted to see more.

Review:

Michaela, her brother Ben and nephew Cal take a later flight and after bad turbulence, they arrive, only to find out they have been presumed dead or missing for five and a half years.

I was initially really drawn in when I watched the trailer. I think it’s really interesting how each character is dealing with the problems of their lives and at the same time trying to cope with the new ones.

Michaela has PTSD from a prior incident, Cal is coping to make up for lost time with his family.

This TV series gave me Lucifer + God friended me vibes.

The story gets more serious with each and every episode, launching the stakes higher than before. I really ship Zeke and Mick lol. The ending of season 1 ends with a cliffhanger and as of yet, I’m not sure if its slated for a second season, honestly, I would actually want to watch the 2nd season
