Review:

I did grow up with Pokémon, but I wasn’t obsessed with it, I was a Sonic, Tom & Jerry and Power rangers type of gal.

I loved the plot twist and found that the characters had good motivations, but fell kinda flat for me although the stakes were good. I did enjoy it more than I thought I would have ( I did go in with pretty low expectations) and did tear up a little.

Review:

I liked that they actually set up the bad guy first. Our main protagonist is an anti-hero which makes this even more interesting, his backstory was heartbreaking and a perfect villain formula. To me, this was one of DC’s better movies as Billy’s story was set up to make you feel for him and I definitely emphatized and cried for him.

Honestly, I had no intention of watching this movie until my brother hyped it up, and honestly I was shocked that I found it good because I haven’t been a fan of DC’s movies (sorry).

While on holiday in Europe, Peter Parker, aka Spiderman, has to go up against four elemental monsters and teams up with Mysterio, another fellow hero.

I watched this after Endgame and I missed the Avenger so much in this movie as Peter deals with the death of a certain character. Mysterio played a mentor figure to Peter in this movie and throughout the entire movie, I just wanted to give Peter a hug.

I was blown away by that plot twist (mainly because I didn’t read the comics) and can really see how much of a toll it is on him that everyone is expecting him to be the next Iron man. I think this was a great movie that followed Endgame and it was interesting to see Peter’s POV.

I especially loved the scene where he relied on his spidey sense to fight the drones.

Review:

A college student teams up with a former con-artist to win a high stakes game of deception.

I am usually not a fan of these types of shows, but my friend got me to watch it and the first thing I noticed now when I started was that SANG YUN OPPA is in the show!!! And I was interested to see him playing an anti-hero character, and he does it well.

I love that they paired Da Jung, the innocent, kind and wants to believe in the best of everyone with the skeptical and intellectual Woo Jin. We have a very interesting dynamic of a good hearted but clueless heroine paired with an anti-hero hero.

The show was captivating and entertaining. But what I do find annoying is that Da Jung doesn’t have any idea how to play the game tho, but it is kinda part of her character too.

So many unexpected betrayals, it was thrilling and entertaining. Tt made me throw my hands up with frustration and how good the betrayals were and how I couldn’t figure out what was going on either.

Review:

A cardiac surgeon and a medic meet after a long and harsh circumstance separated them.

I am totally trying this out this drama because of Sang Yun, as I really liked him in the variety show (Master in the house), the main protagonist is the girl from boys over flowers! I was really impressed with Sang Yun’s acting, his emotions really show on his face!

There is a heart wrenching love triangle, lovers to hate to lovers. I like that Sang Yun can pull off both a villainous and soft boy role.

I cried so many times during this drama. I like that everything came in a full circle. I honestly really enjoyed this but took too long to watch it because of reading. I didn’t expect to like this kdrama (I usually just don’t watch them) as much as I did and I think the actors did really well in this drama.
